CHURCH SECURITY TEAM-SITUATIONAL AND SCENARIO TRAINING
Having a crisis response plan is only half of the equation. Any plan needs to be vetted and practiced for team members to be able to effectively apply the plan during a crisis. Church Security Team-Situational and Scenario Training is designed to allow you to not only practice your plan, but also identify deficiencies or changes that need to be made. Situational/Scenario training is conducted at your facility in a safe, but realistic manner. You will have opportunities throughout the training to discuss what worked or what did not. The team will repeat the scenario, incorporating adjustments, to see if the changes were indeed effective. The goal is for the best possible situational outcome to be achieved.
Equipment needed:
Team members should wear and bring what the would for a typical security detail on a Sunday at their church. All other equipment will be provided by Troy Guardian Training.
No Live Weapons or Ammunition Allowed On The Premises During This Training
Cost of the training:
$40.00 per team member for 4-hour block.
$75.00 per team member for an 8-hour block.
